We approached the design of the villa with a focus on the client's crucial requirement for maximum privacy in both the landscape and main areas. To achieve this, we created a U shape that offered a stunning view from the entrance, formal dining, and family living areas while also providing an exclusive outdoor space. We understood the importance of the formal areas like the formal majlis and formal dining room and provided a small private outdoor sitting area to enhance them. Natural light was crucial, so we added large windows to brighten up these formal areas. We made sure to maintain privacy and control heat by recessing the architectural volume and creating a fantastic, covered corridor that connected the formal areas with the backyard. The selection of materials we used not only elevated the villa's beauty but also enhanced its functionality.
