This project was designed with utmost care and attention to detail. The client's plot of land had a unique shape, bordered by two roads, which presented a challenge that we overcame by creating two main facades and a circular driveway. Our primary goal was to maximize the garden areas and provide outdoor privacy to the main rooms on the ground floor. We achieved this by designing a cross-shaped villa layout with four gardens, each incorporating one of the four elements of nature. To improve the home's efficiency in climatization, we designed the facades with new materials that provided self-shading. The result was a beautiful and functional home that met all the client's requirements and incorporated an interesting duplex for the master bedroom.
